How long does it take for orders to arrive?

For US orders, allow up to a week for your order to be shipped and an additional 3-5 days for shipment.

My order is lost/damaged!

Email chuck@mummyjoe.com and he’ll gladly make sure it’s either found, replaced, or refunded. 

Do you ship internationally?

Only to the US and Canada (when the strike ends). We are a little baby business (and like it that way) and keeping up with international compliance and shipping at our scale just isn't worth the cost! Sorry for the inconvenience.

Will a sold out product get restocked?

Maybe. Email Chuck about it. 

How often are there new products?

Probably like once a month, but no promises.
