How long does it take for orders to arrive?

For US orders, allow up to 5 days for your order to be shipped and an additional 3-5 days for shipment. International orders take longer.

My order is lost/damaged!

Email chuck@mummyjoe.com and he’ll gladly make sure it’s either found, replaced, or refunded. 

Do you ship internationally?

To lots of countries but not all of them. International shipping is unfortunately pretty expensive.

No more mugs?

Nope.

Will a sold out product get restocked?

Maybe. Email Chuck about it. 

How often are there new products?

Probably like once a month, but no promises.
